Yes! Alex Total Services LLC offers free estimates for your project. Whether you need painting, handyman services, kitchen or bathroom remodeling, flooring, or other home improvements, we’ll provide an estimate before work begins.
How long will my remodeling project take?
Project timelines depend on the size, complexity, and condition of the space. Before starting, we evaluate the property to understand the work involved and provide an estimated timeline. This helps us plan the project, set clear expectations, and keep you informed throughout the process.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! Alex Total Services LLC is licensed and insured. If your project requires permits or additional general contracting services, we can coordinate with our general contractor to help determine the requirements and ensure the work is handled appropriately.
Do you offer cleaning services after the job?
We take pride in keeping our work areas clean and organized throughout every project. At the end of each workday, we organize our tools and clean up dust and debris as much as possible, even when the project is still in progress.

Once the job is complete, we perform a final basic cleanup, which may include sweeping, picking up dust, vacuuming, etc. While this is not a deep-cleaning service, we want to leave your space as neat as possible.

If you need more thorough cleaning after your renovation, we can also refer you to a trusted housekeeper with experience cleaning apartments and positive customer reviews.
Do you work on condos, apartments, and commercial properties?
Yes! We work with a variety of property types, including houses, condominiums, apartments, and commercial spaces. Every property and project is different, so we first assess the job and then determine whether we can accommodate the work.
